Chill on the Waterfront
offers trendy, contemporary fare

Chill on the Waterfront, a new contemporary restaurant on Marine Drive in White Rock has plans to open sometime in early April 2007.

Formerly "Sam's Waterfront Cafe", Chills will be offering contemporary fine dining in a trendy and casual atmosphere.

Chill will be open sevens days a week from mid-day to 12 a.m. and will offer good food for a good price. During a soft opening for the White Rock Wine & Dine, this happy muncher was delighted to have sampled their yummy Ahi Tuna. This tasty dish was encrusted in a sesame peppercorn rub and quickly pan seared with a warm drizzle of wasabi-soy. Chill's will be serving their "Catch of the Day"; halibut, black cod, snapper and sockeye salmon. All their soups are made fresh daily in house; French Onion, New England Chowder as well as a "daily feature". Patrons can dine inside or outside on Chill's open-air deck overlooking Boundary Bay.
