The
money raised every year by the Semiahmoo Rotary Club
is used for many projects including numerous contributions
to the Peace Arch Hospital, books for the Semiahmoo Library,
the Rotary Field House (near Softball City), partnering
with Elgin Park Secondary to rebuild a school in the
recent tsunami affected area, assistance to Atira House
Society, assistance to Semiahmoo House Society, a career
centre at Elgin Park Secondary and purchase of a van
for the Peace Arch Community Food Bank.
