Vinaigrette
Dressing
From Richard Sang,
Caribbean Breeze Tapas Bar & Grill, White Rock, BC.
Ingredients
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup red onion, chopped fine
2 tablespoons - garlic, chopped fine
1 teaspoons - basil dry
3 tablespoons - parsley, chopped fine
2 tablespoons - chives, chopped fine
1 cup - olive oil
1/4 cup - rice wine vinager
juice from 3 fresh limes
1/4 cup - white wine vinager
3 tablespoons - white onion
Add
all the above ingredients into a large bowl and whip
with a wisk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve
over fresh crisp greens!
